Welcome to my website. I’m Elizabeth (Betsy) Hoffman, Professor Emerita of Experimental and Behavioral Economics and President Emerita, with a long career in university administration. This site highlights my work in research, education, leadership, and governance.

I am currently affiliated with Higher Education Consolidation Solutions, where I advise colleges and universities on mergers and acquisitions.

I also maintain a long-standing relationship with the Association of Universities for Research in Astronomy (AURA), where I chair the Administrative Services Oversight Committee.

I continue to reflect on the institutions and individuals that shaped my career. This site is a place to share those stories, along with selected unpublished and archival materials.
